Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, contact us and we’ll arrange an exchange depending on stock availability.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order details. We will replace the item or offer a refund.
Change of Mind
Returns for change of mind are accepted within the 14-day period. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
Contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds

Shipping Costs
